I cant seem to find where to pick it up.
It was said the vendor next to the machine was supposed to have it, but there is nothing there?

In Valdrakken up at the Seat of the Aspects
Opposite side of the platform from where you get the new Storm Warning quest.
Yeah the NPC isnt there for me either.
The weekly quest to get your charge is right next to the catalyst, but the initial quest to go there is in Valdrakken. Should be quest marker on your map, but if not just fly/port up to where all the aspect are and talk to the stone golem guy whose given quests all along.
There has to be a quest threshold to start it or something that they didnt mention, neither is there
I cant find the ‘’ Revival Catalyst’’ quest too
I was having trouble with this, but figured it out.
The quest is account wide, so if you have picked it up on one character you cannot pick it up again on another. Check your other characters and abandon it and pick it up on your main.
