So I already put in a ticket for this but how are my chances of them agreeing to refund my catalyst charge because I accidentally used it on a slot I already had a tier piece in? Do you think they would be willing to do this for me? I’m talking like a character rollback, turning the tier piece I got from it back to the item I used to make it.

no idea, but something tells me that I highly doubt you’ll get your piece back. Unless it was an error of some sort (but i’m not sure what the GM policy is these days)
be careful and plan before making permanent decisions in this game 
(i was faced with a weird dillema with my catalyst this week too since the vault decided to throw me a curveball)

unlikely, but ive seen lots of people messing up like you did, general chat in ZM is aghast with people who couldnt take an extra 2 seconds to check what they put in to the once a week task.
GMs will just give you false condolences and tell you better luck next time.

It’s not the end of the world it’s just one week
I’m guessing you’re one among probably 6 figures or better who put in a ticket for this exact same thing, judging by the forums today. So either they make a change that gives you a do-over as a hot fix, or they don’t at all. I doubt they will be addressing every single person who made a whoopsie individually.

Yeah…no. This is probably exactly why they put in that 5 second “are you sure?” timer before you can click accept for this, the great vault, and legendary crafting.

More than likely not, just gotta suck it up and deal with it next week. Take it as a lesson of pay attention to what your upgrading, it does the timer for a reason. Similar to the legendary crafting, it shows you what your about to make, and gives you a chance to change your mind.
Highly doubt it because that was 100% player error
