It’s buggy you may want to wait. Many people did not get the charge when handing in the quest.
i know it’s next to the vaul, but the questgiver, dont have any quest to me
Same for me a a number of others. Streamed and had people who completed it walk me through it. No luck. Questgiver gives no quest.
