I thought we were supposed to get a catalyst charge week 1 plus another on for killing Gallywix? I killed Gallywix on normal but I only have one charge?

You can get a second charge if you kill him on heroic/mythic, just as you’d get a second charge for getting 1600 rating in PvP, or 2000 rating in M+.

TY it did not occur to me that you can’t get any extra charges until after you no longer need them. Should’ve known
I got my extra charge from KSM and I still need it. I could have my 4pc next week with the next charge if I can manage to get the right items to drop.
Killed H Gally and didn’t get extra charge
It’s H raid clear OR 2K M+ score. Whichever you reach first. Also it’s Heroic 8/8 not just gallywix.
The bonus catalyst charge essentially replaces the extra tier piece you could buy from a vendor.

Thought it was 2 charges per month.
Like Hpellipsis said, you get one extra charge for killing all bosses on heroic OR 2k Mythic plus rating OR 1600 PVP rating
Yes. Did that. Just killed 8/8 heroic bosses which includes Gally. Still at one charge
edit: did not know it was an item you needed to unpack. For others who may be having this issue, there’s an item in your inventory that gives you the extra charge
