I try to log into Cat Classic and it says I need active game time, but i have an active sub. I can play Retail and WOW classic but when i try to boot Cat, it wont go. The section that is under the game goes from my account to Wow1. Blizz is zero help so I am hoping someone here can help. Its really annoying.
Use the drop down menu the 2nd 1, the top 1 is the version the 2nd 1 is your account.
It might be swapping to an account with no game time when you click cata.

Change it back to your active account on the launcher.
there is only WOW1 in that menu
Can you post a screen shot?
Show when retail is selected of your accounts and when cata is selected
when i switch to Cat classic the only thing that shows up is WOW1 instead of my active account.

Something very weird is going on.
You’re picking the Live version of Cata right? There’s also a beta and ptr on the game version list.

Yeah it is under live right under classic. When I click on classic I get my account data but when i click on Cat, it goes WOW1
Try logging out of the launcher and back in
If that doesn’t work, you could try to manually open cata and log in

You might try reinstalling the battle.net app if relogging didn’t work. Going full manual might be tiresome later
