At least the Horde can complete their quests. Alliance still has the bug of the Biggest Diamond so they can’t even get the pets. I hate having to level multiple Horde toons just to get all of the pets.
The bug seems the same for all of them so try the workaround posted by Bull for biggest diamond

I’ve tried that multiple times with no luck. Even a couple of times that were after your post. Tried it again now and it worked so thank you! I probably missed a step.
it worked, i used a land mount and rode in after exiting from Ironforge. do not lose the orphan when riding to the quest completion area.
This works with Biggest Diamond as well… just go outside IF, summon your orphan and head to the diamond. Dont lose him on the way and you will complete the quest upon arrival.

Childrens week quests still have issues.
Blood elf/Draenei: Havent seen any issues went by smooth.
Orc: Rocket got fixed, still cant finish the quest when speaking to the Dark Lady.
Oracle: Still havent tried it cause was waiting on confirmation on orc one.
Got a fix for The Banshee queen:
Run out of UC through the sewers, summon your orphan, get on a ground mount, walk back to Sylv. Mine completed before the dialogue even started. GL all

Thank you someone finally saying something about that, I thought I was losing my mind. Sitting here almost like great do I now have to switch back to wolvar again to get it? No. Just broken event, cute.
