In original Cataclysm, a player could earn 1250 valor points a week. 490 could be earned through LFG runs per week; the rest only through raid bosses.
Does Blizzard plan on keeping this artificial dungeon valor cap? I suggest it be removed to allow players to get the full 1250 weekly VP cap from dungeons.

Discourages players from LFG 5-mans, a key part of the game.

Dramatically limits catchup gearing opportunities.
(490 VP would mean the chepeast VP upgrades take a minimum of 3 weeks, at least 4 weeks for tier gloves and 5 weeks for tier chest or legs.)
Blizzard has “tweaked” a lot of the original, more punishing aspects of the game and created catch-up opportunities that have been very well-received. I for one hope this trend continues and the pointless dungeon valor cap is eliminated.
