Cataclysm Classic: Hour of Twilight Arrives February 18!

Wait what?

Absolutely not!!! You made the choice to leave or reroll. Wasn’t the JJ buff enough of a warning that the next raid was launching soon? Or the fact that it was on PTR being tested? You had ample time to reroll or come back. Why should the bandwagon players who play for a few weeks, quit, then come back with the new patch just to quit again be rewarded? Entitled much? Why should the players who have been playing have to wait even longer because of the choices of players who get rewarded for quitting?

Infernos are more annoying/difficult than getting gear from raiding, stop memeing

Please explain this.

  1. Vendor Access:
  • Infernos allow players to purchase heroic raid gear from a vendor, providing direct access to desired items without reliance on random drops.
  1. No Weekly Lockouts:
  • Unlike raids, which have weekly lockouts, Infernos can be completed multiple times a day, increasing the currency drops to buy desired gear.
  1. Easier Difficulty:
  • Infernos are easier to clear compared to heroic raids, making it more accessible for players to farm gear without the need for extensive coordination or skill.
  1. Flexible Playtime:
  • Players can run Infernos at their own pace, allowing for more flexibility in when and how they choose to farm gear, unlike scheduled raid times.
  1. Rewarding for Casual Players:
  • Infernos cater to casual players who may struggle with the complexity or requirements of raids, providing a more forgiving environment to acquire gear.
  1. Immediate Progression:
  • Players can immediately benefit from the gear obtained in Infernos, whereas raid gear may require multiple attempts and coordination to secure the desired drops.
  1. Less Reliance on Team Coordination:
  • Infernos can be completed with 5 people, reducing the need for 10-25 player coordination that is often necessary for successful raids.
  1. Targeted Gear Acquisition:
  • Players can focus on specific gear pieces they need by repeatedly running Infernos, rather than relying on chance with raid loot drops.

Going 7/7H is easier and less annoying than doing 1 hour of inferno dungeons with randoms. I’m not gonna go line by line on your chatgpt generated post btw.

He uses AI to write his posts, he never fact checks them so is often wrong or has errors in logic.

notice how you corrected them and they have ignored it entirely.

Here are the facts. The number of groups doing Heroic Firelands in 10 and 25man.

25-man groups clearing 7/7H: 267
25-man groups with at least 1/7H: 653

10-man groups clearing 7/7H: 600
10-man groups with at least 1/7H: 1678

This demonstrates that completing Infernos is statistically easier than achieving 7/7H. There are even more players engaging in normal modes, which I did not include in the count.

Stats mean nothing, if you are a good player it is 100% easier to do 7/7H than to deal with infernos.
Those numbers are all wrong btw, you shouldn’t trust chatgpt so much

While that may be true at the moment, when the next phase launches, there will be no groups for 7/7H runs, making it more challenging to complete 7/7H. Additionally, the ability to run multiple Inferno 2.0 dungeons every day without a lockout to farm the currency for purchasing desired gear will make running Infernos easier.

Those numbers are 100% correct; I pulled them from WCL. I only included the US data because it is the only relevant information for a US blizzard forums. The EU has its own data.

So you cherry picked data to try and prove your bad point wrong, GJ!
Infernos are more annoying/difficult because you can’t control who you group with. For example, you would never make it into my raids because we don’t take grey parsing pure buyers, but i could end up with you in a dungeon

This is not cherry-picking; it is using relevant information. What does the EU player base have to do with the US player base?

Yes you can!! You can make a premade group 5/5 Then que for RDF and run the dungeons and not get locked.

GL finding 5 good players who all need inferno’s rn, thats just unrealistic

That won’t be difficult considering people need to reach the valor cap each week.

Even players proging heroic content will continue farming Valor to purchase, sell, or use the BoE feet and bracers, or to buy other items to help them in raid prog. Valor will still be farmed by raiders for at least the next 3-5 weeks.

Valor hasn’t been needed this phase for a long time, once you get 3p if you’re doing Firelands you are done

This post is not about the current phase; it is specifically addressing the upcoming phase.

Not sure what is going on but I did find this.

Twilight’s Madness - Spell - Cataclysm Classic

Twilight’s Madness

Damage increased by 50%.
Health increased by 200%.
Attacks have a chance to summon blood globules of Shu’ma.

This was not in og cata so my guess is it’s the new inferno 2.0 dungeon.

The post I was replying to was talking about the current state of inferno’s by calling the items handouts, please keep track of whats being discussed instead of relying on chatgpt

You are replying to comments in a topic titled “Cataclysm Classic: Hour of Twilight Arrives February 18!”

I also said

So why don’t you heed your own words.

Also you replied to this quote.

This was in response to the subject being discussed, not the current phase but the future phase. They were simply stating “NO MORE handouts,” which implies not to add any in the future. It is remarkable that you mentioned the importance of keeping track of the discussion, yet it appears that you were the one who keeps failing to do so.

You interjected into something that didn’t involve you with a chatgpt prompt answer that meant nothing, then used cherry picked data to try and justify your bad points, then moved goalposts when that failed.

No more, means what is going on now should stop, i argued that what was going on now wasn’t accurate

Lol do you not see how you are wrong here? I’ll help you realize.

This is an open forum where one can reply when one chooses to do so. I have also been active in this thread prior to the comment you made.

I simply stated the facts. Attempting to argue that the facts mean nothing does not change the reality that they mean everything.

That is not what it implied, as this post is discussing the future patch. Since this post is about the future patch, they said “NO more,” meaning that they do not want anything else added in the future.

Yeah and you jumped in because you want to try and prove me wrong since I call you out for every single chatgpt post you do.

Your feelings aren’t facts, and most of your chatgpt “facts” are wrong

No, saying “free loot is over” is an implication that up to this point loot had been free. His post was implying that inferno dungeons were handouts, which is false since its more tedious/annoying to get loot through the dungeons than through raiding with decent players.

Multiple things can be true at once, they can say “free loot is over” and it means free loot is going away, and you can get loot currently for free. You absolutely fall apart everytime you try to talk without AI help
