I ran a Scarlet Monastery on my Warlock and Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade dropped. I won the roll but upon receiving the time, I got Journeyman’s Gloves instead.
Would it be possible to get the proper item I won instead of this item I didn’t?

Generally speaking, that’s not something that the GM team can do unfortunately. They’re typically hand-off when it comes to loot.
If you feel that you encountered some sort of bug, you’ll want to be sure to post in the Bug Report forum.
I’ve moved it to Bug Report, hopefully something will get done about it. It’s a stupid bug and the 2nd time it’s happened to me in the 20 years I’ve been playing this game.
You sure you didn’t just loot a gray?
