Logged in today and characters that had tabard of flame equipped are now missing it. I believe this was a 6 month sub reward from TBC classic. Not sure why these just vanished…

Can you both check your collections and see if it shows under Appearances → Tabards? We don’t have an easy way to see your transmog collection, but it should be there.

i dont want an appearance, i want the physical tabard that i earned during the promo

They are there under the appearance, but the reason i had them on was because you cannot transmog white quality tabards, which for some characters that was the only tabard that i could transmog.

We just sent out a hotfix that should stop it from being deleted and let you recover it if it was. Can you all head to Landro Longshot and see if he let’s you buy back the tabard?

Solid job fixing the issue that popped up after Tuesdays reset.
Now what about the rank 12/13/14 transmogs we were promised would be in at the start of the pvp season two months ago that we still cant use and no one has bothered to address.

They added it to the classic shop… It must have been a bug when they put it on the store.
