I am level 73, and have purchased my cold weather flying license. When I first log in, and when i zone in after finishing a dungeon through the rdf, I am unable to even use my flying mount as a ground mount in Dalaran until I go visit the riding skill trainer. All I do is open the dialog with the trainer, and I am then able to use my flying mount as normal.
