This has been tested quite a bit and any time someone pre soulstoned dies and reserrects it uses 2 charges, I assume this is because the death and the resurrection is wrongly using a charge each, a charge should only be used when someone actual becomes alive again. So basically and if you pre soulstone someone you’re costing yourself an extra bres charge.
