This was supposed to be fixed but the issue still persists where the fire elemental will arbitrarily decide it needs to stare menacingly at a target that it cannot hit and does not have flame shock applied while ignoring targets that meet both of those criteria.
The original “fix” was implemented June 21st, it is now August 10th.
Is this going to be actually fixed at some point?
