[Cata RBG] CTF Maps not behaving correctly

Twin Peaks/ WSG

  1. The last team to cap should win the game if tied. This is how it was in OG Cata. This change was meant to keep the game in the attacking mindset, and not just a cap 1 flag and then camp the rest of the game. Please fix this bug.
  2. The game should not end if both teams flags are pulled. This is how it was in OG Cata. If there is 10 seconds left in the game, and the losing team that is down 1 to 0, pulls the flag…the game will still go on until that flag is returned home. Please fix this bug.
  3. Game should not end in a tie. This was not in OG cata, because the last team to score or with more caps, won the game.

EOTS

  • The worst of the battlegrounds available. Encourages boomkin stacking at mid spamming solar beams, typhoons etc in a 10-15 yard radius.
  • EOTS is not suited for 10 players…it was made for 15…and is way too big for 10 players. EOTS was pulled from RBG’s in OG Cata.
  • 2 players are usually required to sit at the 2 bases. Which is not good gameplay or competitive design.

This really needs to be addressed sooner rather than later.

Some CTF RBGs are lasting 2 hours on twin peaks or WSG because of the insane tie to get 3 flag caps. This is not how it was in OG Cata.
If tied after 30min, the team that last cap was the winner.

Can we get an update on when this CTF issue will be fixed for RBGs? Its ruining the gameplay of twinpeaks/wsg. 90min games are insane and not fun or true to OG Cata.
