I created a new goblin rogue last night and completed the first couple quests. When I got to the quest Rolling With My Homies, none of the NPCs spawn for me to pick up. I can use the key to get in the car and drive around fine, it seems like I’m in the wrong phase and none of the quest NPCs are there. Relogging doesn’t make any difference.
Same issue here. I just want to be able to play as a goblin, but it will not load any of the NPCs to “pick up” for the quest!
I had hoped weekly maintenance yesterday might fix this, but it is still broken.
Hey, if you have this bug, try disabling any addon that changes the quest frames. For me it was DialogueUI but the other story addons could do it as well.
Because of some bug, accepting the quest through an addon is not putting you in the right phase.
