[CATA] Non-crafters can see/roll on Chaos Orbs

In original Cataclysm, there was a hotfix less than a month after launch to prevent players without leveled crafting professions from seeing and rolling on Chaos Orbs. This restriction was removed in patch 4.3, when Chaos Orbs were changed to no longer Bind on Pickup.

Considering that Orbs are currently Bind on Pickup in Cataclysm Classic, this hotfix should also be in effect. Non-crafters should not be able to see or roll on Chaos Orbs.

I also found this https://forums.wow-petopia.com/viewtopic.php?t=7922 with reference to a Zarhym post where he specifically says this is a bug.

Please fix this bug so only crafters can roll on Chaos Orbs. Thank you.

Bump. Non-crafters should not be able to see or roll on Chaos Orbs, just like in original Cataclysm.

Bump. Tired of losing orbs to non-crafters time and time again.
