Maybe, but Cata originally had a graphics uprez as well on character models, so it may just be that.

And they also put it on the front page, whereas with Blizz official posts are not easily found.
This one specifically was posted in General and not in Classic.
I never go into General. Nor do I scan for blueposts. Why? I have wowhead feed on my discord. So it’s easy to stay up to date and post said links.
Blizzard also endorses wowhead. So its not like a random 3rd party. It’s practically their partner and I’m sure Blizz has made deals with wowhead by now.

My guess is that everything is going to be prenerf. This is repeat content from 15 years ago after all. We’re all better players today.
