After completing the quest Aessina’s Miracle all the npcs in the Grove of Aessina disappeared and now I cannot continue the zone. There are also no nps in the Santuary of Malorne.

This is also happening to me. Also in deepholm as well.
happened to me as well. all areas where the next quest giver are supposed to be are all empty, no npcs, no enemies, nothing.

i have found a ‘workaround’, you can go to the area just after the phase transition (44,60-ish), and you should see tortolla and another quest giver. if you fly in fast enough with auto accept quests on you can pick up the quests required
I still cant seem to find a location with archdruid runetotem though, to pick up “tortollas revenge”
