I am on the quest “IRONFORGE” - Bishop Lazaril wants you to bring the Light-Infused Artifact to High Tinker Mekkatorque in Ironforge.
He is appearing as a golden question mark on my map but is not standing in his typical spot in Tinker Town.
Anyone else see him or not see him there?

It looks like that’s either a pre-cata quest or a limited time quest from and event. At this point, it likely can’t be turned in.
I have the same issue currently. High Tinker Mekkatorque is now located in New Tinkertown by Gnomergan and I cannot interact with him to turn in the quest. However, the golden question mark to turn in the quest shows his old location in Tinker Town in Ironforge.
I’m able to do it as other races. It’s just the gnomes that are unable to complete this.
