after tuesday, my guild tab 7 items have just vanished. Multiple stacks of maelstrom crystals, TRUEGOLD, armor kits, raid consumes, and tons of boeâs. This is an inconvenience to say the least for us. I know you folks are working hard, and I do appreciate it. I have also tried the renaming of the folders, as suggested by both of my tickets, to no avail.

So how much longer do we have to wait for this bug that is no fault of our own to be fixed? Since you have a listing of the items why not just mail the items to all those affected and just delete tab 7 reimburse the gold cost and move on when you say its fixed we can buy back tab 7.

My guild has been forced to move their guild banks off 2 servers that were killed by fiddling with free server xfers over the years. Then our new 8th guild bank tab lost permissions every Tuesday for 5 months. Now we are possibly losing items to the void if people click or place items because for 2 days now the data is broken on those tabs? Iâm not one to complain. Iâve been your cheerleader for nearly 2 decades. But this is junk. And I had to dig through forums to even find this info? Why is this not detailed on the launcher to inform us as to the missing tab data and the risk of clicking around in there. Advise your guild masters to disable perms and pull the loot from those two tabs for now if its that broken. Iâd have known 2 days ago if it had been on front page launcher. Please add it for others. Now Iâm pulling everything from tab 7 because I donât trust it not to break either. How do we trust these tabs to work after they get âfixedâ after half a year of problems? This is frustrating.

We are also having the same issue. All items in Tab 7 missing. Also, every time we have a server reset the permissions get wiped on tabs 7 and 8 and the guild cannot access those tabs until I log in and manually assign permissions again. This has been a known issue since launch, any ETA on when we can expect a fix for that?

Count yourself lucky they might actually fix your guild bank issues. If this was live instead of classic youâd be straight out of luck. Theyâre outright refusing to restore anything or look through backups or compensate a single person/guild. They consider the issue resolved for us, case closed, bug reports locked, GM tickets answered with threats to stop making tickets or face account action. Imagine how we feel looking at quality assurance actually responding (and existing) in this thread tackling your issue head on. Heck Iâm out 20+ million gold and Blizzard keeps sending me emails about Brutosaurs and Anniversary events.

What I donât understand here is why are we the one to be going all over their forums to search for a solution.
I raised a ticket, with no official answer , they keep telling me to go to forums to seek for a solution.
Why are we the one doing their job, when all this happen after their maintenance.
Donât they supposed to test their patch before pushing it on live system.
And I see so many people have that same issue. All they have to do is reverse their patch.
And study there problems, that shouldnât be us helping them.
I pay for a service, not to impress. been playing for 20 years, I guess they have newbies with no experience working there now.

To be completely honest⌠Iâm on my last leg with this game. For the entirety of this expansion Iâve had to re do the permissions for this tab and itâs CLEARLY a known issue. One that most certainly did not exist in the retail version of this game at any point in time. We pay monthly. We pay for boosts, mounts, tokens, and more. We grind endlessly to aquire a pile of âwealthâ in this game and now, without any reasonable answer whatsoever if not completely mixed BS from custom service altogether, we have entire fortunes just evaporated. Hundreds of thousands of gold and countless combined hours went into filling this tab in preparation for firelands. We wiped the guild bank gold to stock up on flasks and herbs before the scalping begins, grind grind grind⌠Gone. And all we get for that work? An AI apology and a link to this echo chamber of a thread. Enough is enough. Replace the items in full or itâs uninstall for good. Done with the nonsense. Row after row of flasks⌠Maelstroms and Shards⌠Truegolds⌠200 Stacks of Volatiles, Hardened Elementium ⌠Gone. So are we if itâs not replaced. Not coming back.

Update: Logged in today and Stash 7 was viewable and accessible. Are we safe to continue using this tab or is there still a risk of items being deposited in there disappearing forever?

Hey all, we deployed a fix to bring back guild bank tab 7 and 8 functionality! Any items that were already in there should appear, and it should be safe to use.
We still have a little work to do for guilds that deposited items in those tabs while they were bugged, but we hope to get that out soon.
