My guild lost all of its 7th tab contents, which were cata mats and materials for raids.
Items were filled into the “empty tab”, but have since been removed. The ones deleted by blizzard were not the batch that had like 80 Lifegiving Seeds

So do you guys have an ETA on when this will be fixed or at least a reimbursement plan to all the guilds effected. 7 & 8 typically hold Raid supplies and high value item in most guilds I’ve been in. Our guild lost it’s entire supply of materials to make our raid food and who knows what else as I did not know I had to itemize it just in case it got deleted by Blizzard. I did an estimate with AH prices this morning and in fish alone it would cost us almost 20k to replace what was lost.

About a week after we launched patch 11.0.2 in August, we began receiving reports of an issue where some players were discovering items missing from their guild banks. As we investigated over the next couple of days, we found the culprit—a technical update that was made to support cross-realm guilds. We cannot provide ETAs because things can always end up having to be delayed, but this is a very high priority issue for us. We’ll get the fix out as soon as we can.

I do want to reassure everyone that this is completely unrelated to the issue in 11.0.2. The items in those tabs still exist, they just aren’t being loaded properly.
