Having major FPS issues even just standing in orgrimmar on cata classic.
FPS is fluctuating between 29 and 100+ fps causing freezes and other issues.
This has just started last night.
Hardware specs:

Nothing overclocked.
Have tried all of the following:
Disabled all addons
Lowered all graphics settings to the lowest setting
Deleted Cache and WTF folders
Scan and Repair
Complete reinstall
None have made any difference to the FPS issues described above.
