[CATA] Electromagnetic Gigaflux Reactivator on use no longer damages enemies in front of the character

Cataclysm Classic

  1. Equip Electromagnetic Gigaflux Reactivator.
  2. Aggro a targetable mob.
  3. Face your character towards the targetable mob.
  4. Use the Electromagnetic Gigaflux Reactivator.
  5. See that the Electromagnetic Gigaflux Reactivator does not damage the targetable mob even if the mob is within melee range.
