As title says, im unable to learn unlearned blacksmithing recipes.
Attempting to use the Elementium recipes for BS lvl 500 at a BS level of 510. I get an error stating I can not learn this recipe.
Im max level, and unable to really get my BSing any higher till I learn the recipes.
