According to the patch notes for cataclysm classic pre-patch Characters who have a 310 mount, are level 80, and have artisan riding will be awarded master riding.
I have 4 characters on my account that have all of the requirements and none of them have master riding. They all have the option to buy it for about 4700 Gold instead.
They said that would happen but funny enough I even bought the skill and I’m not getting 310% only 280% and the Master Riding skill in the spellbook still says “See your Trainer” so I guess its one of the bug in the huge bug list.
Still a problem. All the other Wrath raiders I know got it, but not me.
Have the same issue. I had Black/Plagued proto on 2 different characters but didn’t receive master riding. Technically didn’t login until after release, and last login was early Ulduar if that makes a difference
