Everytime I click on ‘‘Get HD Textures’’ it says ‘‘Clocking the Download button will exit the game and open the Battle.net desktop app where you can download the textures.’’, it just brings me back on the launcher and nothing pops up and no download starts. I can’t seem to find it anywhere.
Anybody had this problem?

I’m having the same problem as well. I almost always have issues with anything that has to pop up in the launcher. For the longest time I couldn’t even open the gifted item thing that shows up next to the download manager
I managed to find a workaround
go to cata on the launcher, click the gear icon next to play.
select “modify install”
in the window that pops up, click “modify install” again
check “High-Resolution Textures” and confirm.
you will now start installing 40GB of textures
