Glory of the Raider Mount Achievements are not rewarding 310% mount speed to any/all characters on the account

My Main (Nomaidens-Faerlina) on my primary account earned Glory of the Ulduar Raider (25 Player) on 3/02/23. This achievement rewarded the 310% speed mount: Ironbound Proto-Drake. This date is well before the release of the Cataclysm pre-patch. After the pre-patch, none of the characters on my account received the reward of inherent Master Flying as stated in the official World of Warcraft: Cataclysm Classic Patch 4.4.0 Notes.
