Cata Classic. Elemental Shaman. Cannot use Elemental Mastery (usually after a few uses of it beforehand). Unsure what causes the issue. Maybe is an issue with pressing the CD as it comes up and some conflict with the new cd reduction on ele mastery (the talent). Only fixed by a hard logout.

Something is wrong with “Elemental Mastery” or else the “Feedback” talent. It regularly occurs for me that Elemental Mastery looks ready to use but cannot be activated.
strangely enough, /reload worked last night, but of course tanked my DPS since I was reloading mid-encounter.
