When leveling, chat message displays stating “Congratulations, you have reached [Level 0]!”
A few lines down, the message “You have gained 1 talent point.” always fires, including on levels where no talent point is gained.

I am having this issue too! I just reached level 13, but in the chat box it said You reached level 0. and many of the UI menus still say I am level 12. I also do not have a skill point to spend. What should I do??
