Here, also requesting this be fixed. I really don’t have the willpower to farm Shakes O’Breen from hated to honored. That’s 6 rep every 14 seconds, or about 16 hours of spamming the same button over and over.

could be 7-8 if you plant the 15% banner 
and you could multitask when you get bored of ravenholdt.
Also looks like there are a few mobs there that give rep? Or is that just retail
That’s 6 rep with the banner.
There’s a couple other mobs relatively close but they’re roughly the same rep and don’t have the same short respawn timer. Adding them to the farm might shave a few minutes off the several hours, assuming it’s not cancelled out by the time spent traveling.

Many of us are Hated by them, so it’d be 84,000 rep. Meaning
84,000 rep / 6 rep per kill = 14,000 kills
14,000 kills * 14 seconds = 196,000 seconds
Or 54 hours
Honestly, I’m not spending 54 hours because I didn’t do something in earlier expansions when it was faceroll, and could have been done casually over a day or two…or when it should be doable in an afternoon in this expansion

So long as you have a ranged ability you can make use of the 5 other mobs. All mobs were killed with banner and guild perk.
- Shakes O’ Breen 6-7 rep (14s respawn)
- First mate Nilzlix 31-32 rep (4-7 minute respawn)
- Captain Steelgut 31-32 rep (4-7 minute respawn)
- Doctor Draxlegauge 6-7 rep (4-7 minute respawn)
- Professor Phizzlethorpe 6-7 rep BUT only available if someone hasn’t handed in his quest (4-7 minute Respawn)
- Deckhand Moishe 6-7 rep (3-5 minute respawn), he glitches through the deck so you can still hit him from range when he is on the back of the ship. Otherwise fly up when he is up top after you kill Shakes.
This is it gamers, if you want it done, this is the farm. Not too bad Rep/hour ~1000 per 45 minutes or so.
The devs just referred me to this thread via ticket… so they have zero intention of making this viable again. They really don’t care about ‘old’ content. Even though we are paying them for ALL content, not just new. They did this deliberately and we just have to suffer, even though we are paying customers.
They did not have to ruin the phased version of Booty Bay. Having us be phased was a great solution to the ganking issue. Now, apparently you just have to gank in a raid party… How is that better?
if you have a group with tank/healer and kill just the mobs near the cave entrance, not down at the docks because they can bug out and start shooting ranged attacks, knocking everyone in the water, you can make 7k+rep/hour
I got it on my main, and leveled a druid to help other people on the Pagle’s achievement discord, and that was still on phase 1, should be even easier now
