[Cata] Bloodlust not working

Did an ICC on the prepatch today on Cataclysm Classic

Bloodlust lasts for 0.1s for the raid before it is removed. Happened every time it was casted. Only the shaman caster keeps the buff for the full duration.

Reproduction: Press lust in a raid in ICC. Look at the other instances of casts at other boss fights in the log, it is the same.

Can confirm, we did naxx, os, eoe and ulduar yesterday and bloodlust was removed instantly every single time, also getting sated. Tried to /pvp but also didn’t work.

Happened in our ICC 25 last night. The casting shaman got the buff but everyone else did not.
