Right? Go to the pirate cove area in Vol’duun. There’s some pirate hats lying around in random areas that you can pick up and wear. These hats show up on all of the druid forms and look amazing. Sadly they only last a short time. I know it’s possible, they just need to allow the toybox cosmetic hats to show up.
