I’m so confused. I am a returning player and one of the rings is missing when trying to scale the building. I looked on wowhead there is a ring in the pictures but I don’t have the ring in game. I have an image of it but I can’t post links. 
All I wanna do is save a kitty cat but I can’t. 
I’m having a problem here too when I scale the building using the rings once I get all the way around to the opposite side of the building that I started on there is a missing ring and I know this because I YouTubed a walkthrough because I thought I was crazy. Now I see this post so I know it’s not just me
Hey you might wanna try again. I tried yesterday and the ring missing was there. I felt crazy too. Haha
I don’t even play the toon that had that quest anymore lol
