In this thread regale me with stories of how getting Cat Form changed your leveling life. Feel free to embellish.
I will be getting Cat Form on my Druid tonight and want something to be excited about. Thanks.

I drudged through 20 levels of druid thinking it would get better with cat form, then made it another 8 levels before rolling a hunter.
It took the hunter all of twelve levels to eclipse the 28 druid in damage.
I’ll go back to the druid once we have BGs, but no more teeth pulling questing for me at the moment.
This isn’t true. This isn’t true. This isn’t true.
In cat form you get to play as a cat. This alone is its own reward.
This is what happens when people play a cat and don’t understand bleed damage.
Cat form is amazing, especially if you are on a PVP server. I recommend putting two points into Feline Swiftness. It gives you a +30% speed increase, even in stealth (stealth Rogue & Druid give a -40% to speed so the +30% only makes it a -10% for Druids).
What’s there to understand at level 28?
One combo point building bleed and the only closer is a bleed.
Flashback to when people played Druid to RP as Kitten meow
The cat clans are coming!
Cat is for fite!
Mow, mow, mow.
Mind if I hijack this thread with a cat meme?
Yes, it is a struggle at lower levels, but now I am past 35 on my druid cat, i am killing mobs just as fast if not faster than people around me. Its fun and allows you to bypass lots of stuff u need to get around in prowl(although prowl is slow). What i really dislike, is having my Ravage opener, from prowl, behind, MISS…
lol, bleed damage at low levels, do you understand cat?
Back in vanilla my Alliance druid on a PvP server had a quest to talk to a quest giver in Ratchet. I prowled in cat form from the hillside into town and approached the quest giver on the docks, only to be surrounded by a bunch of Horde that arrived to interact with said quest giver.
Seconds seemed like hours while I stayed in stealth literally under the Hordes’ feet dreading one of them would detect me.
Finally I decided to pop out of cat form, turned in the quest, grabbed the next quest without reading it, popped into travel form and ran for the edge of the dock with the Horde chasing me.
I dove into the water and changed to aquatic form to swim deep and away from my pursuers. One of the Horde actually drowned trying to get me in range.
Best day I ever had as a Druid.
Before Cat form: Sad depressed horse pulling an overloaded carriage.
After Cat form: Proud and free stallion running the open field of green.
People are really hating on cat form so i decided Im going to try druid out and see what I think. Im looking forward to the pvp patch and bg patch as well, but I want to also give feral a chance.
Well, not really a story about how cat form changed me, but I probably changed somebody else’s mind on cat form when they tried to gank me in Arathi Highlands last night and I turned around and hit them with heroic strike for 700 damage. They swiftly regretted their decision and tried to bear form the rest of the fight hoping to out tank me.
It didn’t work.
One of the best parts about cat form is the hilariously perfect tea bagging sit/stand animation. Great for PvP.
