Anyone know what level you need to be to open this item?

no, it’s level 1 still in original carrier
Then any of your toons should be able to learn it. Are you getting an error?
i have it on a level 1 banker on another realm. When i try to open it to put the cat into my inventory, i get “your level is too low to use this item.” Been happening now for about a month i think and it’s not only me, there are now several on-opened carriers up for sale. Just baffles me that i can’t find anywhere what level i need to be to open the carrier
I see you’re a void elf so have you tried making an allied race on that realm and opening the carrier with it? Or a allied race DK?
Given there are a bunch up for sale, I wonder if there is a bug with the item preventing it from being opened.
I’m not seeing one on Wowhead but I’m still looking.
Could be related to another similar issue I’ve encountered with gem bags from Vanilla content (Nefarian, etc.). Used to send the whole bag to my banks alts because that was easier then sorting through them beforehand, but now I get the same level error message even though the bags show no sigh of specific level, and haven’t required one in the past.
I wanna know if the allied race or DK worked. I’m going to assume it did since they’re not coming back.
I wouldn’t necessarily count on that. My bank alts are level ten, and since your suggestion is basically to use a toon that starts at level ten that may not solve anything if the issue is similar.
