Trying to set up a castsequence for 2 Envoker Empowered spells but wont work.
/castsequence reset=30 Dream Breath, Fire Breath
But it wont let me hold and release at desired level or wont let me press is again to trigger.
Is there anyway to make this work?
Hold and Release doesn’t work with macros, only Press and Tap.
Lucky for you, I just tried macroing an empower spell for something else and found this before I figured it out. 
I haven’t tried with both dream breath and fire breath, but adding /cast [Channeling:empowerspell] empowerspell before the castsequence worked for me
/cast [Channeling:Dream Breath] dream breath; [Channeling:Fire Breath] Fire Breath
/castsequence reset=30 Dream Breath, Fire Breath
I think I finally solved this
/castsequence [nochanneling] reset=30 Spiritbloom, Dream Breath;
/cast [channeling: Spiritbloom] Spiritbloom;
/cast [channeling: Dream Breath] Dream Breath;
Interesting workaround.
