Just curious if I can solo this on my Hunter. Last I knew, the Kael’Thas was a road block. I didnt know if he got the ICC dragon treatment or if my spirit beast heal can do the job? Or something else?
Didn’t they fix it so he heals himself?

The pedistals funnel health also buy bandages and you can bandage him

they did few patches back but get bandages with the buffs from the npc you slay

Thanks all. I hadnt kept up on the changes. This char is the best geared (I know, doesnt matter much, but still) so wanted to use this one vs another character. Although the drops make both viable.

Thanks I did not consider bandaging him that will save a few minutes, it was fine on my stinky hunter with 0 healing and I just clicked once on the pedestal, thankfully, but it took a few minutes.
You don’t even have to heal him. I killed him easily with a rogue just by DPSing him into the dirt, and that was months ago.
