I think its really odd that Blizzard keeps most casters from being able to move while casting. Its so much better for gameplay if they are able to move and there are other ways to still hamstring them without making them useless.
For instance they could impose a slower cast on spells cast time while you’re moving.
But being able to cast and move is one of the better more enjoyable ways to play any caster class.
