Casting Spec with a Form

So I would love for us to get a casting spec or have it added our specs where we have a permanent form like Shadow Form for Shadow Priest.

as far as visuals go, what did you have in mind? Something like the visuals for Arcane Soul? (the sunfury tree talent)

I don’t mind the temporary fire nimbus when in Combustion or the Frost Form during Icy Veins (PVP talent), but I wouldn’t want a permanent form. We are users of magic; we do not let the magic use us (like shadow priests).
