Since Tuesday’s maintenance, casting animation is completely broken. I don’t see anywhere that this is a known issue, unless I missed it.
First cast, ok, second cast arms stay at side for the cast. I’m getting used to it but at first it looks like i’m not casting so I keep trying. Also it’s just not a pleasant game experience.

its always been like that. Its an animation issue when you start casting before the first cast animation issue finishes.
No this is new behavior. I am not starting before the previous cast finishes. It started Tuesday after maintenance.
