As a caster DPS while taking melee damage while I am casting spells but not completing them it will cast them instantly if I recast the same spell. I have tried this on Feral druid with cyclone regrowth, Holy paladin with repentance and holy light, devastation evoker with sleep walk and living flame

I can confirm, this is glitching w/ Cyclone, Hibernate and Regrowth. This will be abused if not fixed.
It looks like almost all casters can do this and it is heavily repeated in Arenas and BGs atm.

Still an issue in game. These are the spells I have been able to get the instant cast bug on.
Paladin - Flash of Light, Holy Light, Tyr’s Deliverance, Denounce, Repentance
Priest - Ultimate Penitence, Mind Control, Flash Heal, Smite, Mind Blast
Druid- Regrowth, Cyclone, Starfire, Wrath, Hibernate
Hunter- Aimed Shot
Warlock- Fear, Chaos Bolt, Unstable Affliction, Malefic Rapture, Haunt
Mage- Sheep, Frostfire Bolt, Ring of Frost, Ring of Fire, Arcane Blast, Arcane Surge
Shaman- Healing Wave, Hex, Healing Surge, Healing Rain
Evoker- Sleep Walk, Living Flame
I can only get this to occur if cast bar is at 80% and I cancel it will act as if i finished the cast
