This started awhile ago but with the new patch it is happening all the time. This is when I start the game from the Blizz client that this pops up and the game won’t start.
“The CAS system was unable to initialize: Tact instance creation failed. Error (16): container locked”
Id edit and move this tonbug forums also have u tried running wow as administrator

Edit: Check to see if your folder is set to read only, that seems likely to be the culprit. There’s a guide on how to do that in the help article above.
