Carryable flag

So, I have in the past seen players walking around and their character is carrying a flag, I forget if the emblem on the flag is a guild emblem or what, but I am trying to find out what this flag is?

Is it a toy? If so how do you unlock it?

To clarify it’s a flag I have seen people carrying in their character’s hands.

The only flags I know of are Banner of Victory or the PVP Honor Level awards

Nah, this is like a big flag that I have seen people carry through when walking in stormwind (rp realm)
