Career tank starting a M+ group to push to 20s and beyond

Hey guys,
I am a career tank that has been trying to find a group but having zero luck with it. I have a 2078 IO rating and 402 Ilvl. I am currently running 15s and would like to push higher keys, however, I am pretty much over-pugging at this point and would love a group. This will not be a guild or community just a group of like-minded people that want to push keys. I don’t care what server you’re on or what faction you’re in. I have a discord we can use. I need heals and dps to get started. I run after work around 5:30 to 9 or 10 PM Mountain time. On weekends I can run more pretty much all day if needed. I don’t expect 4 people to come in all at once so the one or two that does want to run we will be pugging w/e is left till we can round out the team. Thanks for reading.
