Captured starlight embellishment isn't resetting between rounds of solo shuffle

The embellishment in question

The debuff that occurs when the effect goes off

Rounds of solo shuffle are supposed to reset all buffs, ppm, and whatnot but the debuff persists between rounds.

If this bug is fixed, how useful is this embellishment in pvp? Can you stack this embellishment?

Seems alright, but ascendance + doubler is king for casters atm

Noted. Where are these embellishements, and what gear do Ascendance + Doubler attach too. All i see when trying to do a crafting order is: Elemental Focusing lens; Prismatic Null Stone; Captured Starlight; Writhing Armor banding; Energy Redistribution Beacon; Pouch of Pocket Grenades; Dawnthread Lining; Duskthread Lining; and Griftah’s Heavy-Duty Embellishing Powder.
