Captain Namier in North Tide’s Run in Silverpine Forest is supposed to either be pickpocketed for the Captain’s Skeleton Key or have it drop when he is killed (I believe the former) but this currently doesn’t work. As a result, the Waterlogged Captain’s Chest that resides in the shipwreck behind him cannot be opened and this method of obtaining the Blade Dance rune is impossible.
