I keep getting this world quest in my plunder games, but I have yet to find an X. Anyone know what the deal is, or do I need to just keep searching the map?

It happened the same for me. The X were not there. This event is bad as hell and they didnt even test it.
Just fix the renown rate gainings rep. Some people want to complete this tedious boring event and never queue up again on this.
This is the worst event you ever made in the wow history devs. You do not only waste your time creating this. You are wasting the time of many players you tied unique rewards on endless 40 level renown and the event is boring, RNGious, you die quick and you dont gain any rep. The worst you could do creating content.
Good to know I’m not the only one who hasn’t been able to find the X, I’d like to complete the quest because it is a good bit of extra plunder. I seem to be getting it over and over again, so I’m thinking that maybe you have to complete the current wq before it gives you a new one in the next round.
Hey I just figured it out, it means collect the items like the barrel, motorcycle, boat etc

Yeah, it’s the worst one. I can get most of the quests done fast, but this one is rough. It’s not just pick up any spell, it’ like you said, just the barrel, boat, etc. So it can take a lot of time that PvPers won’t let me have.

people like this is the reason gaming has gone downhill, i think its fun with some cool rewards and something to do between now and season 4 just be happy and not hateful
