If you had recruited four accounts and let them sub for two months, then recruited four more this time next month, you’d have it all then.
But then I’d pay more instead of buying game time in bulk.

Each separate account counts for more. You can recruit four per month and have ten active recruits at a time. So in addition to the one you put time on already, you could do three more this month and get the four-month rewards. As Dashing mentioned, however, this is more expensive and would cost $40 more in the long run, not counting taxes.
So I already bought 6 months for one account, should I make more accounts and buy 6 months or less im super confused and unsure how to do this the best way. can you help which I should do?
It depends, do you want the rewards ASAP or would you rather wait and save some money? You’ll get one reward every month for that account you bought six months for.

I guess I could wait and save money, does not help my brain is half dead right now lol
In that case you can just renew the six-month sub on that account and you’ll have all the rewards in a year, one a month.
