The only one I think they legit need amongst that list.
I haven’t found a single healer rune for rogues so far, I’m starting to think bandage spec is a lie
(theorycraft wise I think bandage spec would pull out ahead of syringe spec because of less running from the healer and crying)
I hope they give rogues something new rather than the abilities they got in tbc-cata. Cloak of Shadows is necessary and maybe, cheat death, but the others are whatever.
I particularly hope there is something that pushes rogues towards wanting daggers to open up that gear path. There is a bit with the current runes, but not enough to make them better than saber slash.

if they give them anything else at all (aka next phase) no1 will play anything else
Daggers will be more competitive later with more talents, mutilate probably completely replacing backstab. Seal fate later and all backstab talents applying to mutilate is huge. Probably will see more of it at 50 and 60. Maybe some new runes might make it more interesting
In groups, sure. 1v1 they’re only good when they surprise you.

If they give rogues the entire toolkit and cloak of shadows there is no other class to play in pvp really
You know, besides hunters and priests like everyone else is already doing.
As long as its not on a tiny cooldown. Cloak of Shadows would be the one that would lead to the most rerolled rogues, because its the one that removes the most consequences and skill required to play rogue.
