Cant wait for 420% Static Flight!

In the War Within Prebatch Static flight will be called Master Riding and is available at lvl 30. Master Riding will be 420% instead of 310%

Anyone else excited for this change?

Nope. Its 100% faster. Currently max static is 320%

Master riding shows as a 310% increase, bringing you to 410% overall in cataclysm classic right now (mount tooltip says 310, speed stat on character pane says 420 with guild perk).

IMO we should get 420% static flight, and roll that into dragon flying. Then if you want to press buttons for going faster you can, but if you don’t you’ll just perma fly no slower than 420.

Yes. Both MMO-Champ and youtubers have been discussing this for a bit. I know its one of the things Im really enjoying in Alpha. If you bought the epic edition you will see it for yourself tomorrow in Beta

Its 310% atm in Live. So its actually a 110% increase

That’s great! I also can’t wait for all my Mounts to have dynamic dragon flying; I just love it so much.

Its been renamed its now Skyriding in the most current Alpha Build. So its Static vs Sky riding. Sadly the “Switch Flight style” ability is currently a 5sec cast. Which seems silly to me but whatever

No Static Flight is 310% in live its 420% in Alpha

That’s so cool. Does it work ok for you? Sadly my game crashed in Alpha every time I tried Dragon Flying with a non-DF mount.

Yes it does. May be a CPU or Graphics Card issue? I know past wow alphas/beta builds have been NOTORIOUS for having issues on AMD GPUs before being properly Optimized.

Im on a 7950x3D and a RTX 4090. Maybe update your graphics card drivers?

You would just have to Understand Capslock. The user has been around for years on the forums. one of those by the book/overly analytical people mindset wise. Just part of their charm
